The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Crosokultrar Brada makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
